One design system, built for a global bank, still running across web and mobile.
CHALLENGE
Web and mobile were drifting apart, and in banking, inconsistency reads as risk. Regulated flows like credit card acquisition need to feel identical wherever someone starts them.
SOLUTION
I built one system from the ground up for both platforms, instead of patching each product on its own.
Tokens, components, and documentation, proven on the hardest flow first: credit card acquisition, from offer to approval.
Four years on, it's still the single source of truth across web and mobile.
