Military education platform
Principal Product Designer, TBWA\Chiat\Day
I was brought in to refresh the look and feel. I left having designed the whole system.
CHALLENGE
Active service members trying to continue their education or advance within the military needed a platform that made that path clear. The existing one didn't.
SOLUTION
The engagement started narrow, visual refresh only. As the client's trust grew, my scope grew with it, into full UX, information architecture, and branding.
Along the way I built the first Figma design system used on a government engagement, meant to outlast the redesign itself.
A client that started by testing me with a small piece ended up handing me the whole thing.
Looking for a Principal role or fractional design leadership. Glad to talk if something sounds like a fit.
